In 2024, the Association have about 381 members (including about 35 volunteers and 9 Board members, exempt from dues), and 71 individual patrons.
The Association has been chaired by Myriam Grandmottet since the General Assembly of June 5, 2018 (where the Board of Directors unanimously elected her). She replaced Bernard Sertout who had spent 11 years in this position. She is the first woman to preside over the Association since its creation in 1948.

The Festival also depends upon its technical team and reception staff to sell tickets and welcome visitors, and is grateful for the precious assistance received from technicians at Kursaal and the Theatre. The Festival is also staffed by a team of volunteers who play an active role in the everyday running of the festival (assisting artists and visitors…)
